India's 15th Chief Minister is narendra modi, he will sworn today. For participating in this ceramony South Assian (SAARC) leaders has invited. SAARC leaders has accepeted ready to participate in this ceramany. Some other foreign diplomats , all state governors , ministers, top & all the party leaders , the coalition party leaders, celebrities will participate in this ceramany.
But Chief minister of Tamil Nadu , Kerala , Karnataka , West Bangladesh , Orissa state are ignoring in particpating modi's ceremony function. Tamilnadu prime minister has strongly opposed modi for inviting rajapaksey.
Rajapakse called active stab wound is like a whale . So it should have been avoided , "he was already mentioned . Modi as a result, he did not participate in the inaugural ceremony . It appears that none of the representatives on behalf of the Government of Tamil Nadu will not participate .
The action of inviting rajapakse is very hard situation for all. So, modi has annouced that better to avoid for inviting him in his previous speech. So, ministers are not ready to participate in his sworn ceramany function.
