Choose the right person to share your troubles; either it may be your friend or parents. After undergoing this process you will believe that parents, friends and nature are capable enough to let you relieve from the stress.

If stress occurred due to work pressure, relax yourself for every certain time period between the work hours and make you cool. Don’t keep on working continuously, as it will affect your mind and health.
·         Eat healthy and nutritious food. So, you can get adequate energy to fight against the effects of stress.

Initially, you will feel difficult to follow the above mentioned steps. But if try to follow them for a month, you will become habituated to it. Do you know? Stress will alter the appearance of young person to be older. Even the old people will not wish to have the aged face. So, atleast to procure the beauty face, try to get rid of stress.
