Jayalalitha got 4 year sentenced and confinement in
parappana akrakara Jail. After got jail, advocates appealed bail request in Bangalore High court
but petition was dismissal. Then again petition was applied in Supreme Court.
Final petition is 63rd petition; it came to Supreme
Court for investigation. Jayalalitha bail case was investigated by Senior Judge
thath, mathan P. Lokoor, sikri. Fali nariman appeared in court on behalf of
Jayalalitha wealth case.
BJP Leader subramaniya sami applied for petition about this
case, he applied for explaining his opinion about this case. Supreme Court
ordered and gave a bail for jayalalitha and
stopped her 4 years sentence to
jayalalitha. 3 months time period gave for investigated about this case.
