                You should consume fresh juice instead of cool drinks. Cool drinks contain gas particles which may harm your stomach.
                     You should consume red banana with little drops of honey and roasted gram during your menstrual cycle which will helps you to reduce stomach pain and heat produced in the abdomen.

Physical and mental activities

                    Obesity is one of the reasons for irregular periods. You should do exercise in the early morning which will helps your body to become fit and it improves your immunity power.

                   You should consult your doctor when you have heavy pain in the abdomen. Most of the girls have body pain and back pain you can consult your doctor for further process.
                  You should not consume any medicine of your own. It may weaken your uterus. You should be very careful when you consume medicine. If you have any side effect you should quit your medicine.
