Tips for Pregnant Women

During the pregnancy, women have to take lot of care in each and every thing.  Especially pregnancy period is most important for ladies and also it is precious gift for them. They have to take care of her nutrients, hygienic, weight gain, proper vitamin and calcium intake and check the movement of the baby.



                            It gives basic information needed during the course of pregnancy. This is useful for all women experience the freshness of development; it will surely give benefits to them. All the pregnant ladies do not know what they have to do and what they haven’t to do. Here I have given some valuable tips for such pregnant ladies.

Pregnant ladies have to do:
1. Medical Visit - Pregnant lady has to follow a regular health check up. In first ( 1-3 months) and second ( 4-6 months) trimester, visit your doctor every month, every fortnight that is, every 15 days in seventh and eight months and at last every week in ninth month.
2. Consume a well balanced diet and drink plenty of water.
3. Take owing care of yourself for your own sake and for your baby. Refuse heavy weight lifts or exhausts works are advisable.
4. During this period you have to pay more attention on your breast, skin, blood circulation and even teeth also.
5. Take in more than enough roughage in your diet like leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, whole grains etc.
6. If you’re a diabetic, you have to take a regular check up and maintain your sugar levels in control.
7. If you are a hypertensive then have regular health check up and maintain your blood pressure under control.
8. Pregnant ladies have to sleep for about 8 hours in the night and minimum1-2 hours rest in the noon is most important for the proper growth of the baby.
9. You can go to an eye doctor during your pregnancy. It's very important to protect any disease in time, through this way you take care of you and also your unborn baby and you ensure the baby will be healthy.

Pregnant ladies haven’t to do:
1. Don’t reduce your diet even for small periods, in particular eating too little puffed rice is harmful for the baby.
2. Without get advice of your doctor, never take the medicine.
3. Smoking is extremely harmful to your unborn baby and must be totally avoided. Actuality, it’s so harmful, that pregnant women should even keep away from other people’s smoke.
4. Strain and tension affect your physical body in unexpected ways. For example, in pregnant women, stress can cause constipation, back pain and insomnia.
5. Lightly cooked seafood or overcooked gripe and chicken should be avoided because of the risk of contamination with bacteria, toxoplasmosis and salmonella.
6. No need to avoid all kind of fish during pregnancy, but some type of fish may be harmful to your developing baby. Fish such as shark, swordfish, and king mackerel should be avoided.
7. Herbal teas may be unsafe to drink during pregnancy. Before drinking any of the herbal teas, you may want to consult your doctor.
