Tips to increase height

Nutritional Diet
·         You should consume plenty of calcium and protein rich foods so that your body gets energy for its growth.
·         You should consume fish, meat, chicken, egg, milk, butter, cheese, fruits, vegetables, and nuts more to improve your bone and muscle growth.
·         You should consume vitamins B, D, zinc and carbohydrates in your daily food which are responsible for growth.
·         You can consume health drinks and tablets after getting suggestion from pediatrician.

Exercise

·         You should do exercise like swimming, jumping, cycling and yoga to keep your immune system in active mode.
·         You can play basket ball and volley ball which is very much helpful to increase your height.
·         You should do exercise in the early morning and evening can help you to improve your body strength you can prefer sun light which will improve your metabolism.

Quit drugs
·         You should avoid smoking and alcohol which will produce harmful effects.

Posture

·         You should stand or sit in a straight manner.
·         You should not bend your back while you are standing because if you bend your back for a long time the spinal cord gets bended.
·         You should sleep for at least 8 hours a day will surely improves your growth plates. You should sleep in a manner so that your spinal cord faces in the bed.
