Step 1 - Try to take your phone out from water as soon as possible
Basically all small cell phone can withstand with some small amounts of water because that is designed like that. So, If you cell phone fall in small drop water, nothing problem will be arises on that. But if you mobile or cell phone falls into a large amount of water like river and pool then your mobile will be completely spoil, your all mobile circuit will be damaged. So your mobile will get short circuit on it then completely your mobile will be useless. So first thing is that you must get your mobile phone out from water immediately when it has happened on it.
Step 2: Dismantle or remove the components of your phone
Then second step is that you have to remove your cell phone battery as soon as possible.Don't get shock when it was fall on the water, don't thinking and wasting your time on there, take your cellphone and suddenly remove your battery from water. So your mobile phone circuit boards may be saved when you remove your batter on there. But if there is having power on that batter then all circuit boards will be short circuited, so try to understand the situation or problem on there.
After removing batter you have to remove your SIM card and the front panel and back panel and any other part of the phone which you can possible to remove on there. Generally you have to remove your all cell phone parts on there then only you can save your mobile. So dismantle of your cell phone is very important, right.
Step 3: You have to make it dry your mobile phone
After removing parts you have to make dry on there using tissue or a soft cloth to wipe every part of the phone then only you can remove all water of the surface of all the components of the phone.
Step 4: Just you have to patient up to get phone dry!
Don't put your all parts, battery in your mobile phone, you have to patient for drying process on your phone. If you can you make dry by heat vents such that the wet insides of the phone are exposed to the heat. Don't forget one thing you can smoothly make it heat other parts but don't heat your mobile battery, right. you leave it on the heat vents some days, that may be at least 2-3 days for putting on there.
Step 5: Finally Test your phone
After 2 or 3 days put your all parts and battery in your mobile phone . If it work then suddenly dont do anything again give some time to dry on there. Leave one day your phone if you can possible
The above method is suitable for some waters such as containing salts, sugar or minerals etc. But if you put your mobile in sea water, boring water, a cup of coffee or tea then you have to use “alcohol” method to save your mobile.
