RTI is defined as a "Right to Information". Right to Information means basic right to do anything in India which has every India citizens. Basically, the RTI gives you all information regarding Government and give you that all info about Government taxes.
You have complete right to ask with Govt. For example is there any problem in india, then you can ask the question like why the roads outside your house are not fixed, why have you not received your “rashan card” as yet, why is there so much garbage in your area that is not picked up etc. These for example to RTI act.

Answer is very Simple and easy for that because If you go to government for asking why the problems are not fixed then they will not going to throw out you. That is basic right to ask anything that is law. If you don’t give answer for that problem then they will consider as broking a rule so that they will get punishment from Government.

Government made many more officer for regarding that issue that officer name is called as “Public Information Officers" (PIO). If need some information regarding your problem then you can application process wih PIO. The PIO’s are having complete authority to answer your all questions and all.

PIO reject to give me information or approved it?
Sometimes they will reject our application in inproper condition or subject that is similar to that foreign governments, information prejudicial to security, strategic, scientific or economic interests of the country, breach of privilege of legislatures, etc.
But we should not worry about that problem, they will approve our applications as soon as possible.
Where do I submit the application for information to PIO ?
You can submit your all application with PIO or APIO.
Some times governments appoints only APIO for process it so you have to go some particular cener and give your “fee” and “application” at the RTI counter in these post offices.
Don’t worry they will give you a receipt and acknowledgement and it is then the responsibility of that post office to deliver it to the right PIO.

How much fees those have to pay for applying with Public information officers?
Based on Central Government Departments, you have to pay just Rs.10. Based on each government the application fees will differ.
For receiving information you have to pay Rs.2 per page of information provided for Central Government Departments. It is also differ from each government and also you have to pay for Rs.5 for every hour or inspection based on Central Rules. There is one more option there you can pay it by DD or bankers cheque or postal order. You can then deposit your application either by post or by hand.

If PIO does not accept my application then What Should do with problem ?
If you want send it then send it by post. When you send it over with all fees then your process is done.
If they reject our form then we can give formal complaint to the respective “Information Commission” regarding on that issue. The Information Commissioner then implement penalty of Rs.25,000 on the concerned PIO officer who refused to accept your application.
