This is very complicated question for you, can you say that why do you smoking?  Try to find out the answer, why you do smoking? This bad habit smoking automatically generated in your mind that Smoking provides you feeling of energy, alertness or happiness. But is it true? ; Not, smoking cannot give you that any type of energy.  That is just one type of imagination from you.

Most of peoples smoking, what is the reason? Because they having stress on their mind. They think that is “good feeling” but that feeling is not true, nicotine provides with you cope with stress. This is reason for everyone smoking.

The answer is that is most of peoples smoking because they want to quit from stress. But actually you cannot quit from stress by smoking. The smoking will give you completely unhealthy only, not going to give you any advantage for you.

You can convince yourself by following steps
•             I can just use it to get through this rough and bad habit.
•             Today is not a good day for smoking; I’ll quit tomorrow.
•             It's my only bad quality that I have to realize that.
•             Most of peoples died in small age? Is it by smoking?

Simple breathing technique for quit from smoking

You can Do it this breathing technique “three" times!  Whenever you feel about smoking habit.

Inhale the deep and “lung-full" of air you can possible, and then next do one thing, you just do very slowly, exhale your air. Make it your lips as Tighten then only you can come out with slowly. When you exhale then just close your eyes, and let your chin gradually sink over onto your chest.  Try to do feel free and leave your tension from your body, then you must do that slowly draining out of your fingers and toes, just flowing on out.

Most of yoga techniques help to get relaxing for you.  If you do this practice then your mind will be relax then you don’t need to do stress on your mind and smoking.

Don’t try to eat Alcohol, Sugar And Coffee if want to quit from smoking

If you take i Alcohol, Sugar and Coffee then that will expand your smoking desire for a cigarette. So you should avoid fatty foods, as your metabolism can slow down a little bit when you will become without the nicotine, and you may gain weight.

You may take some following foods for you like celery, apples and carrots. Chew gum or suck on cinnamon sticks.  After dinner, you may take a cup of mint tea or a peppermint candy after talking dinner; try to do this step when you don’t want to smoking.
