1.   What is Concentration?
If you think about your studies and Vijay movies at the same time, then that is called a concentration. In schools and colleges most of students physically present and mentally absent, so we need some concentration for getting in success in our life. So first of all we should understand about what is concentration, “Concentration is nothing but you are taking your mind off many things and putting it on one thing at a time.”

Assign your mind that what you going to concentrate, for example if you going to concentrate the “Animal” word in your mind than create one decision in your mind about word. If you think about the word animal than your mind automatically go to other favorite scene in your mind. So mind off from other situation and take a perfect decision regarding your particular concentrated stuffs.

Most of peoples doing multi task in the same time, for example you are seeing TV and eating food at the same time, is it multitasking? yes it is one of the type of multitasking but as per scientific research it will lead to serious problem in your brain. So concentration particular action is better than multitasking. Some time multitasking is extreme skill than normal concentrating skill.
   Assign one target point for concentrating
May be you will distract by some noise while concentrating. Better time to concentrating practice is night time, because night time is better than day time which has not so much noise. So you need one quiet place, you should concentrate a suitable quite place for you with out of noise. Target point is important for concentration practice. So, fix one target point and make it as a good concentrating practice.
6.    Important of relation between concentration and energy. 
If you do deep concentration then that will help to expand or directing your life-force or conscious, cosmic energy. This type of energy surely will help to more success than normal peoples because scattered energy will not help you. So you must be calm and get a focused energy by concentrating. Meditation one of the key of releasing your all skills, because meditation provides more benefits for us, for example personally development will be improve by mediation, if you do meditation at least 10 minutes per day then that will help to increase your concentrating power.
1  Eye practice for concentrating

Eye practice is help to get a memory power as well as concentrating skills.  Make one point in wall, then look and focus a point, don’t move your eyes anywhere, continue your focusing practice at least 5 or 10 minutes. This eye practice help to improving you’re concentrating skill.
