With this BMI value we can decide our obesity level. For men the range of fat in our body should be 10 to 20 and for women the fat should be 20 to 30. If this range is exceeded then we call it as obesity. When the BMI range is <18.5, it indicates underweight. If the BMI is 18.5 to 24.9, it indicates normal weight. If the BMI is 25.0 to 29.9 then it is indicate the overweight.

Sweating is a key factor which is used to remove bad fat present in our body. By doing exercise regularly we can reduce our body weight and obesity to normal level. Our body is like a spring when you make exercise daily our body will shrinks. When we stop doing exercise then our body get stretched.
2. Yoga is one of the major source avoids bad cholesterol from our body. While doing yoga and exercise the waste product in our body gets removed in the form of sweat. Yoga poses which gives pressure to our abdomen should be followed to reduce body fat. Yoga maintains our body shape.
3. Eating food in correct time will automatically reduce the fat. Consumption of more amount of water is a key factor to reduce body weight. We should consume more than 8 glasses or two litres of water in our routine life. To reduce obesity, consume one litre of water for every two kg.
