Don’t take your hands from back side of your head and stay on that position. Then quietly turn your spinal column for a number of times to the right and to the left.  Place your hands on your shoulders and revolve around your elbows actively. While doing this exercise you can feel happy. It reduces stress and strain from your shoulders and neck. Extend your hand from small to large and large towards small. Slightly turn your head toward the back, first to the right side, then to the left side. Let your head hang forward.
