Skin care tips

                     Mix curd, turmeric powder, lemon juice and gram flour in a bowl and stir it well. Apply the paste on your face, neck and hand. Leave it for 20 minutes. Wash your face in cold water. This treatment removes pimples, black marks and dark spots in your face when you repeat this treatment for 5 to 6 weeks.
                    Grind mint leaves along with few neem leaves, curd and turmeric powder. Apply the paste on your face and leave it for 30 minutes. Wash your face with cold water. Neem and mint keeps your face to be cool and fresh and it removes bacteria which causes rashes, itching etc.
                     Mix butter, green gram flour, turmeric powder and apply the paste on your face. Leave it for 20 minutes and wash your face with warm water. This treatment keeps your skin to be buttery soft skin.
                     Dip cotton in pure milk and coat your face with milk. Leave it for 10 minutes and wash your face with gram flour. It removes all the dirt and excess oil from your face.

Body care tips

                     Heat coconut oil or gingerly oil in a pan and cool it until it becomes warm. Apply the oil on your body and massage it well and leave it for 20 minutes. Take bath in hot water. This treatment will makes you to feel fresh throughout the day.
                     Drink tender coconut and fresh fruit juice which will reduce body temperature and it will increase digestion.     
                     You should maintain your ideal body weight. If your body weight exceeds you should do exercise to reduce your body weight.

                    You should wash your hair with shampoo or with herbal hair wash powder at least thrice in a week.
                    You should apply coconut oil to your hair daily which will improves your hair growth.
