Best 5 Eye exercises to increase your eye power and vision capability

Now a days most of peoples 10 has been using a glasses or lenses for increase their eye power. We are losing our eye power when we are watching Television, computers, and high lights, and now a day’s food system also not good. So this generation has lost its eye power.  That’s why all peoples wearing glasses now days. If you are wearing glasses and contacts then your eyes have gradually got worse over time but they have put it down to their eyesight getting worse which is not necessarily the case.

5 Exercises to strengthen your eye muscles and improve your vision

1.Increase Eye power by Blinking
Blinking is one of the great exercises to improve our eye power. We have to increase our eye blinking in every 3 or 4 seconds. This Blinking practice will increase your natural eye power. We are almost strain our eyes by watching Television and computers, so if you blink your eyes every second, then it will help to increase your eye power gradually, but if you have low vitamins in your body, this idea will not help you .so you have to concentrate in your food system also.

2. Increase Eye power by Palming
This idea will help to take a rest on your eyes while you watching computers or sytem. So just follow the simple steps.

Simple Instructions for palming in your eyes
1. First of all you have take a deep breathes when you begin this practice.
2. Create your body and mind as comfortable whilst leaning forward on a desk or with your elbows resting on your knees. Then you should Close your eyes.
3. Change your hand position as like this two hands over your eyes with the cup of your palm covering your eyes, next your all fingers on your forehead and the heel of your hand will rest on your cheekbone.
4. Then you must blink with comfortable and freely and don’t put too much strain on your eyes.

5. This method is called as Palming which will really useful to make rest your mind and your eyes for a few minutes at a time.
6. This is not difficult idea or task, this will create a relaxation of your mind and eye.

3. Increase Eye power by Figure of eight
This idea is really great idea for your eye muscles and boostrap the flexibility of your eye. This is really very easy exercise and easy task to do everyone in this world. First of all you have created imagine a giant figure of eight in front of you about 10 feet in front of you. Now you have to turn the 8 on it’s side. Then track or trach the figure of eight with your eyes, very slowly with relax mind. Continue this practice for few minutes, then you will feel different. Definitely this will help to increase your eye ability and flexibility.

4. Increase Eye power by Near and far focusing practice.
This is one of great and best exercises which you can do anywhere in the world  I would like to say this is really wonderful idea for everyone.

Simple Instructions for Near and far focussing.
1.    First of all you have to Sit in a comfortable position, or stand, Don’t need to worry, this exercise take 2-3 minutes at a time.
2.    Next, you have to Put your thumb about 10 inches in front of you and focus on it.
3.    Next focus on something else what ever you want or about 10 – 20 feet in front of you.
4.    Next , On each deep breath make a great focusing on your thumb and the 10-20 feet object in front of you.
This exercise will surely help to generate the good strength the muscles in your eyes over and vision capability.

5. Increase Eye power by Zooming practice

Instructions for zooming
1.    Here also you have to sit down with comfortable position
2.    Next , make Stretch out your arm with your thumb in the hitchhike position
3.    Then you have to Focus on your thumb as your arm is outstretched.
4.    Now take a thumb closer to you, make concentrate all the time, until your thumb is about 3 inches in front of your face.
5.    Next ,you should change your thumb away again until your arm is fully outstretched.
6.    You have to do this exercise for few minutes.

This will help to increase the focusing abitlity, strength and all.
