Fish Fry is one of my favorite food for everyone. Surely everyone will like fish fry and fish have so many health benefits, let us see the health benefits at last. Now we will see what the ingredients needs are and how to prepare fish fry. You can use the below Ingredients for any kind of fish.
• 5 Fresh Fish with full or sliced (Any fish good for fry)
• 2 tbsp Chili Powder
• 2 tbsp Lemon juice
• Salt to taste
• Turmeric powder
• 2 tbsp Coriander Powder
• Oil to fry (Some will use coconut oil for fry)
• 5 Garlic (Grind it)
1. Clean the fish well, to remove the smell use turmeric powder and wash the fish.
2. Next you have to Put the fish in bowl, mix the ingredients chili powder, Coriander Powder, and garlic paste and lemon juice
3. Add the salt to taste
4. Make sure that the masala mix applied to all part of fish and keep it for 2 hours
5. In the fry pan heat the oil and keep it in medium flame
6. Now fry the fish on both sides
7. Fry the fish until it turn to brown golden color
8. After it fried well take the fish from the fry pan
Serve the fish with sliced onion. It will take around 30 minutes to prepare crispy fish fry. Now we can see the health benefits of fish
