• Skinless Chicken 250 grams (With bone or without bone, Boneless is preferred)
• Oil for fry
• 50 ml Curd
• 1 Egg
• Salt for taste
• Small pinch of Turmeric powder
• 2 tbsp Corn flour powder
• 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
• 1 Lemon
• 1 tbsp Pepper powder
• 1 tbsp Chili Powder
• 1/4 tbsp Coriander powder
• 1 Onion big
1. Clean the chicken. To remove the smell put some turmeric powder in chicken and clean it well.
2. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
3. Keep the chicken in the bowl and mix the Ginger Garlic paste, chili powder, Coriander powder, Pepper powder, Curd, Egg, salt with the chicken. (Mixing curd and Egg will make take chicken soft)
4. At last mix the lemon juice with it. (Adding the lemon juice will increase the taste; need to add only 1 lemon, not more than that)
5. Keep it for 1 - 2 hour.
6. Take the fry pan, heat the sufficient oil to heat for chicken fry
7. After the oil heated well keep the flame in medium flame.
8. Now put the chicken (mixed with ingredients) in oil for fry
9. Just turn the chicken frequently until it get deep fry i.e., it turns into golden color
10. Just take it out from the pan, dry the oil out
Serve the chicken 65 with sliced raw Onion.
It will take only half an hour to prepare this chicken 65. If you go for a hotel mean they will serve 5 to 6 pieces and cost 120rs to 150rs from you. But from the above ingredients you can prepare lot with less cost.
