Do you want to know about effects of Hormone in deficiency in your body? Here I have given some points about the hormone. Hormone is named from Greek word hormon which means “to urge or excite “. Hormone is a chemical which is released by a cell, gland, or an organ in one part of your body that affects the cell in other parts of organism. To modify cell metabolism less amount of hormone is required.

Some effects of Hormone in deficiency in your body
The purpose of hormone is to regulate metabolic activity of some other organs or tissues of your body.  Endocrine hormone molecules are released directly into the bloodstream. Hormone in deficiency produces these effects in your body such as mood swings, regulation of metabolism, activation of the immune system, suppression of apoptosis, stimulation of growth, control of the reproductive cycle, sexual arousal, and hunger cravings. Hormone signals control the internal environment of the body through homeostasis. I have given some points about the effects of hormone in deficiency in your body.

1. Aging Changes
The hypothalamus is placed in the brain. It produces hormones which control the additional structures in the endocrine system. The amount of these regulating hormones stays same but the response by the endocrine organs can change depends upon your age.

2. Female hormone change
Women are often duped into believing the low calorie diet and aerobic exercise legend. This approach to weight loss rarely works and often creates damage to your body as a consequence. Female hormone in deficiency changes their ages, lifestyle and weight. The ovaries reduce their production of estrogen and progesterone.

3. Thyroid Hormone Disorders
The most common causes of Thyroid Hormone Disorders are iodine deficiency and autoimmune thyroid disease. Iodine deficiency is the major effects of hypothyroidism in world due to absence of iodine in the diet. In the United State, salt is iodized to ensure people to get enough iodine. Iodine overdose is a rarely problem, as the thyroid gland stores iodine until it is required, and then releases TH in the less active T4 form. TH is also bounce up by transfer proteins in your blood until it is needed. The continual iodine overdoses leads to autoimmune thyroid disease, because it seems to be the major effects of thyroid disorder.

4. Periodic Growth Hormone Deficiency
In the United State 10,000 to 15,000 children have growth failure due to growth hormone deficiency. Growth hormone is a protein which is produced by the pituitary gland and it is very important for normal growth. Growth hormone deficiency exists when this hormone is absent or formed in insufficient amount. Hypopituitarisam may be congenital which result is abnormal formation of the pituitary or hypothalamus. Congenital hypopituitarism is present at birth, even though it may not be apparent for many months. Acquired hypopituitarism may become evident any time during infancy or childhood, and may occur after severe head injury or a serious illness such as meningitis or encephalitis.

5. Adult Growth Hormone Deficiency
A lack of growth hormone is generally caused by harm to the pituitary gland or hypothalamus, a part of the brain that controls the pituitary gland. The damage may be occurring due to tumor. Surgery or radiation used to treat the tumor. A lack of growth hormone can appear either in childhood or in adulthood.
