Nutritional diets for baby

Breast milk

·         Breast milk is an important nutritional diet for babies from the age of 0-1 year.
·         Breast milk consists of vitamins, minerals, proteins, iron and calcium. There is no other supplement present in this world as breast milk.
·         You should breast feed your babies as long as possible. When your baby moves from feeding you should not stop feeding you should feed your baby until it spit out the milk.

Sweet potato

·         You should only breast feed your baby for 3 months after that you can start feeding vegetables.
·         Boil sweet potato and mash it well. Make sure the potato should boil well. Mix the potato with water and feed your baby.
·         Sweet potato contains vitamins and beta carotene which will maintain healthy skin for your baby and improves digestion.

Avocados
·         Avocados are a fruit which consist of vitamins and minerals.
·         Mash avocados along with breast milk or hot water and feed your babies.

Almond
·         Soak almonds in water and leave it for 8 hours.
·         Boil almonds and mash it well.
·         Mix almond paste along with breast milk and feed it to your baby.

·         You can give vegetables like carrot, potato and tomato by boiling them in hot water.

·         You should not give dark green leaves before 1 year. You should boil the dark green leaves well and mash it well and give it to your kid. Keep this in mind dark green leaves should boil well else it causes indigestion.
