Nutritional diet

Water

Avoid smoking and alcoho
l·         You should quit smoking and consumption of alcohol.
·         Smokes from cigarettes can affect your baby’s respiratory system. It will stay within the uterus and may cause cancer to your baby before delivery
.·         You should quit alcohol consumption because your baby consumes food from you. If you drink alcohol it can go inside your baby’s stomach and may cause serious illness.
·         You should avoid usage of tobacco and other drugs.


Medicines
·         Pregnant ladies should take care of medicines. You should not consume any medicine of your own
.·         You should consult your doctor before taking medicine for fatigue and vomiting.
·         You should take rest and sleep well for at least 8 hours a day.
