How to avoid, prevent from liver cancer?

We can avoid some cancer diseases with the help of medicines but some of the diseases are not cured by medicines. Liver cancer comes under this type of disease which cannot be cured by medicines. This liver cancer is caused by genetic abnormalities and due to exposure to any radiation or by any radiation. 

Even though the liver cancer may occur with or without our knowledge, we can reduce the risk of liver cancer by some simple ways. When we make little changes in our diet and in our daily physical activity we can reduce the risk of liver cancer.

  • ·         You should avoid smoking because impurities due to smoking affect the respiratory system. Smoke produces from cigarettes enter into the respiratory system and stay inside the liver. It slowly erodes the liver and makes the liver to become hard. Smoking not only produces liver cancer, it is also responsible for other type of cancer. Smoking not only affects the smoker but it also affects the public. “Smoking is injuries to health” keep this in your mind.
  • ·         Limit your alcohol intake. Alcohol consumption should be less which can help you to lower your risk of liver cancer.
  • ·         You should make healthy physical activity regularly which is responsible to improve your immunity level. You should make exercise such as cycling, swimming, and pull-ups help you to maintain your body strength. The physical activity and exercise will improve the risk of cancer.
  • ·         Balanced nutritional diet is a major factor responsible to reduce the possibilities of liver cancer. You should consume fresh vegetables, fruits, chicken, milk, beans, vitamins, minerals, proteins, less carbohydrates etc. You should consume garlic, capsicum and peppers in your daily life to avoid cancer in the initial stage.
  • ·         A research says that consumption of coffee for 3 to 5 times a day keep you away from liver cancer. Coffee consists of anti-oxidants which are responsible to remove toxins and it causes cancer. So you should drink more than 3 cups of coffee to reduce the risk of liver cancer. Consumption of coffee rather than tea will also reduce cardiac diseases.
  • ·         Avoid obesity which will provide a protective shielding for liver cancer. When you are obese it will increase the chance for liver cancer. Obesity is a major reason for other type of cancer.
  • ·         The cancer cells may enter into our body without our knowledge through unclean needles, blood transfusion, unclean foods, polluted environment etc. You should avoid unclean food, oily and spicy foods. Mostly cancer is increased during blood donation. You should be aware during the usage of unclean needles and blood transfusion.
  • ·         People who are working in leather factory, chemical industry and nuclear radiation industry should undergo medical check up for once in a month or twice in a month for the existence of cancer.
  • ·         You should consult your doctor if any of the above symptoms occurs and you should not take medicines of your own.
