When the heart pumps the blood to arteries then it generates some pressure which is called as blood pressure. High blood pressure results in heart attack, stroke, kidney problem, vision problem and low blood pressure results in fatigue, irregular heartbeat, breathing problem etc.
The normal blood pressure value is varies from 120 over 80(120/80) to 140 over 90(140/90), where 120 and 140 are systolic pressure and 80 and 90 are diastolic pressure. Whenever this value exceeds, it may be considered as high blood pressure so we have to take steps to bring it down or to stop further rising of it. When the pressure value is less than the above mentioned level then it will produce mild heart attack and stroke. The following tips are used to avoid blood pressure.

1.Stress is the main reason for high or low blood pressure. When we are in any depressionor strain our heart beat crosses it normal value. The heart beats more than 72 times for a minute. Stress can be reduced by doing meditation regularly. Scheduling our daily task can reduce our stress.
2.       Limited consumption of alcohol and drugs can maintain our blood pressure within the level. Because consumption of alcohol and drugs affects the brain which is very important for our survival.
3.       Smoking is one of the factors which must be avoided to keep the blood pressure level within the range. Smoking can cause cancer and it will affect our brain and heart.
4.       Balanced nutrition intake will promote our blood flow in a normal manner. The people who are all having high or low blood pressure should avoid consumption of rice products, spices, sweets, meat, oil, nuts, egg, etc. Fresh vegetables, fruits, salads, dark green leaves, garlic, omega-3 fat are consumed regularly.
5.       You can avoid using too much amount of pressure tablets per day. It will lead into a habit of taking tablets like drugs.
6.       By doing exercise regularly, it will reduce our blood pressure to a normal value and maintains it. Walking and jogging are best preferable exercise for persons who are affected by obesity. Because while doing walking and jogging our heart beat changes to normal level.
7.       Avoid consumption of food containing salt can maintain our blood pressure to a normal range. Use salt less than one spoon a day makes us to live a long life. Potassium, calcium, magnesium rich foods are consumed regularly which will reduce blood pressure.  
8.       Obesity is also a factor which increases a chance for heart attack. In these days more people are dying because of obesity and heart attack. So we should maintain our ideal weight to avoid blood pressure.
9.       By getting suggestion from doctors we can get ideas to overcome heart problems. The medicines are taken according to the level of our problem. The medicines are consumed only for a particular dose. Excess dose may create any other problem.
10.   When our body weight is increased, then our heart struggles to pump out blood.  When we are affected by serious problem then we can recover from it either by taking medicine or by doing bypass surgery.
