  5. ·         Balanced nutritional diet plays very important role for the growth foetus. You should consume fresh vegetables and fruits as much as possible. Fruits except papaya and banana are consumed because these two fruits produce heat in the abdomen which increases the risk of miscarriage.
  6. ·         Drink more amount of water which keeps your baby to be in cool condition. It reduces your body temperature and keeps your baby to be safe. When you drink more water it helps to reduce your risk during delivery. More water consumption also avoids urinary infection.
  7. ·         When you have suffered any miscarriage you should keep the thing why it happened and you should be very careful during next pregnancy. The thing is you should make your mind to feel free and you should take care of your next baby.
  8. ·         Good mind set of mother can improve the growth of baby. Do not feel anxiety and stress during pregnancy it will affect your baby; keep it in your mind.
  9. ·          You should consume folic acid, vitamin-E, vitamin-D, zinc, omega-3 rich food products should helps you to reduce the chance for miscarriage.
  10. ·         During pregnancy you may have vomiting, hair fall, tiredness and body pain. It happens usually so you do not consume any medicine for your own. It increases the risk of miscarriage.
  11. ·         Do not take any hormone tablet and vaccine of your own to reduce your pain. If your vaccine is of heavy dose then it affects your baby. Consult your doctor and consume medicines prescribed by your doctor.
  12. ·         Avoid travelling for long distance while you are in 2 months of pregnancy. When your body shakes it affects the baby and it replaces the position of your baby. Avoid driving two wheelers and four wheelers while you are pregnant. You should be very careful while you are sleeping. You should sleep in flat position. You should not give any pressure to your abdomen.
  13. ·         Avoid smoking and consumption of alcohol. It affects the foetus and stops further growth of the foetus.
  14. ·         When your menstrual cycle is abnormal you should consult your doctor about your pregnancy and you should confirm your pregnancy by taking scan. When you follow this you can avoid miscarriage. Be careful from the growth of the foetus to your delivery to avoid miscarriage because miscarriage may happen even in the fifth month. It also helps your baby to grow healthier.
