Tips to improve immunity level in our body

Immune system is an important part in our body which is responsible for providing energy to survive. If the immunity system fails to work properly we cannot put up with any small diseases like cold, sneeze, etc. and then we can be easily affected even by small viruses. But most, we are unaware about the function of immunity system in our body. Immunity system consist of immune cell called leukocytes plays a very important role in our life to fight against virus which causes infections. The other name of immunity deficiency is leukaemia deficiency.


 According to the scientists, if we improve our immunity system then we can avoid dangerous diseases like cancer, heart attack, brain fever, etc. Mostly small children and aged peoples are quickly affected by virus. To improve our immunity level, here I have given some tips.

Tips to improve immunity level
Ø  When we improve our diet we can improve our immunity level. Consumption of iodine rich products helps us to improve our immunity power. Table salt consisting of iodine improves memory power and sharpness of mind. Zinc is also responsible for the improvement of our immunity level.

Ø  Exercise is a key factor which restricts any harmful disease to enter into our body. We should exercise regularly to make our immunity system in an active state. Non exercisers always look so tired and their memory power is reduced and it also makes our immunity system to sleep.

Ø  By carrying excess fat in our body the life time of our immunity system gets reduced. Then there may be chances for cancer, diabetes, cardiac attack, etc.

Ø  We have to reduce our stress in order to save our immunity system. Usually little stress acts like a small exercise helps the immunity system to be active. On the other end if stress increases it shrinks our life span. Cortical and adrenaline are the hormones which are responsible for making the immunity system to restrain.

Ø  We should be friendly to others can helps us to improve our immunity level. If we are alone then depression may enter into our mind which will reduce the speed of our immunity system.

Ø  Avoid smoking which will reduce the work of our immune system. Smoking reduces the energy level of our body to be low. When smoking is continued further then the immunity system struggle to produce sufficient energy to our body. The smoke from cigarette immediately cause breathing problem.

Ø  Avoid alcohol consumption to improve immunity level. The alcohol first affects the neural system and makes a person to be in a migrated stage and it slowly affects the brain and makes that person to die. All infections can occur only when the processing speed of our immune system becomes slow.

Ø  We should consume foods rich in fibre, vitamins, minerals, omega-3, calcium, good fat, etc. These factors are rich in fresh fruits, vegetables, calcium tablets, fish, nuts, ghee, etc. When we follow this diet we can improve our immune system.

Ø  We all can know the proverb “cleanliness is next to godliness”. So our environment should be kept clean which reduces spreading of disease. We should wash our hand with any anti-biotic lotion before and after the food intake to increase our immunity level.

Ø  Everyone should use separate hand key to avoid spreading of disease. Mostly bacteria spread through cold and cough during the rainy season.

Ø  By taking regular check up and by getting suggestion from doctors we can reduce spreading of this disease.

Ø  This immunity deficiency is reduced in the childhood itself by using polio drops and injection. The drops and injections are used for children for a particular age to improve their immunity system. These injections prevent the children from any dangerous fever. So the government made this polio drop system as a compulsory system to avoid death.

Ø  The pregnant ladies are injected with polio medicine to improve immunity level of the children inside the foetus.
