They are chicken, plain thick Yogurt, Garam masala, Cumin powder, Tandoori masala, Ginger paste, Gaelic paste, Juice of lemon, Salt (needed), Butter, Onion, Finely chopped (garlic paste, ginger paste, tomatoes), Tomato sauce, Honey, Coriander leaves, Cashew nuts and Fenugreek leaves. 

Preparation methods of Butter Chicken


All the ingredients are added to make a masala paste. Chicken is washed properly and add the masala paste into the chicken. Leave the mixer into a refrigerator for an hour. Melt the butter in a pan under low flame remain until the butter is to 3/4th of its portion. Fry the onion, ginger and garlic paste in a separate pan leave it for brownish color and add chicken powder and tomatoes. Add this mixture into chicken and this paste cooked under low flame for 15mins. Fenugreek leaves, fresh cream, honey and tomato sauce are added to the gravy. Add coriander leaves in last for smell. Leave under for 2mins and take off from flame. Now the butter chicken recipe is ready take and enjoys the taste.

Notes about preparation: All the ingredients are to be lightly fried under stream before making into masala paste. Chicken is to be washed properly to remove it waste and impurities. Leave the mixer for an hour into the refrigerator otherwise it lost its taste.
