How to make sentence in past perfect tense?

Whatever Work is over few minutes back, we must use past perfect tence.

We must use have for I,We, you, They.

We must use Has for He, she , it.

2. He fell down unconsciously yesterday.

3. She has fallen down few minutes back.

4. You have given me a chock piece just now.

5. Our friend meena has taught past perfect tense today.

6.I have learnt past perfect tense today.

7.I have waked up just now.

8. I have drunk coffee just now.

9. I have finished homework just now.
