The <strong>Teachers Recruitment Board (TRB)</strong> is one of the recruitment agency which is doing recruitment for teaching staff in the state of Tamil Nadu. All rules, terms and condition applied by tamilnadu government for TRB recruitment process. The TRB allocated and going to recruit totally 139 Vacancies as Lecturers in Government Polytechnic Colleges for Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, E&C, E&I, Computer Science, Plastic Technology, Chemical Technology, Architectural Assistantship, English, Maths, Physics, Chemistry Disciplines.

First Class in B.E / B.Tech / Master’s Degree in relevant disciplines.
Age Limit
As on 01.07.2012): The age limit of TRB Tamil Nadu Recruitment 2012 is not more than 57 years of age as on 01.07.2012 both for
Engineering and Non-Engineering Subjects.
Pay Scale / Salary : Rs. 15600– 39100 + AGP 5400
Selection Procedure :
Written Exam for recruitment of Lecturers will be conducted by TRB. The question Paper will consist of 150 Objective type questions for 190 Marks. The exam time is totatally 3 hours duration & contains questions based on the discipline & General Knowledge. The detailed Syllabus can be downloaded from the links provided below.
Fees details
Rs. 600/- (Rs. 300/- for SC/ST/PH) + (Rs. 50/- Bank Charges Applicable) Payable through the prescribed challan at any branch of State Bank of India.

§ The Application Forms are available for sale at Office of Directorate of Technical Education [DOTE] Chennai – 600 025 / Principals of Government & Government-Aided Engineering and Polytechnic Colleges for Rs. 50/-.
§ Candidates should purchase the application Forms & Prospectus by payment of Rs. 50/-
§ Application Form should be filled wit hall respect & recent passport size photo should be pasted at the space provided.
§ The Filled application form with TRB Copy of Fee payment Challan should be submitted to the address mentioned above in person
