1. Drink lot of water. At least drink 2 liters of water are suggested if you not having any medical constraints.

2. Avoid chilled water. Try to clean your mouth with warm water. Water at near body temperature is best.

3. After take hot food do not consume frozen food or cold fluids instantly. After taking tea or coffee don’t drink cool water immediately.

4. Do not consume food. Chew it until it becomes a paste.
