How to reduce hip size?

Are you searching for tips to reduce your hip size? Here I have given some tips to reduce hip size. Excess fat in your body results in obesity. The fat can stay in a particular place like hip, thighs, arms and abdomen and these fats are difficult to flush out. Some people have perfect body shape except hips and thighs. You can reduce the hip size by doing some yoga and exercise.


Excess fat in the hip may cause harmful effects like back pain, obesity, even cancer and heart attack. Women who gave birth to new born babies can be affected by excess fat storage in hips and thighs. Most of the people hesitate to do exercise in gym and fitness centers, so you can do exercise in your home itself. If you do proper exercise and if you follow proper diet, you can shape your hip and body to be perfect.

Balanced Nutritional Intake

1.       You should consume fresh fruits, vegetables, beans, fish, egg white, chicken, dark green leaves, watery vegetables like pumpkin, cucumber etc.
2.       You should not consume fatty foods such as butter, cheese, meat, curd, oil foods and spicy foods.
3.       You should drink more than 2 liters of water per day. It will help your body to remove impurities through sweat. You can drink glucose to maintain the energy level when you do exercise.
4.       You should avoid junk foods like pizza, burger, French fries and deep fries.

Avoid smoking and alcohol

1.       You should quit smoking and alcohol consumption to avoid obesity.
2.       Smoking and consumption of alcohol can cause cancer and it leads to death.
3.       You should avoid usage of tobacco and any other drugs.

Exercise

1.       You should do exercise in the early morning for at least 30 minutes a day will surely reduce your hip size. When you do exercise like pull ups, dumbbells lifting, squats, step ups and dead lifts, pressure is given to your hip and all the parts of the body and the excess fat starts soften. You can do the above given exercise for first 3 week because when you start to do any new exercise you may feel difficult.
2.       You can do additional exercises along with the above mentioned exercise. Swimming, cycling, running, walking and jumping with trampoline (rope). You should do the above exercise for at least 30 minutes.

Yoga  
1.       You should use mat or rough cloth while doing yoga. You should not do yoga in a normal floor it will reduce your energy level. You should choose proper dress for yoga so that your level of comfort makes you to feel better while doing yoga.
2.       You should do asanas such as moon pose, warrior pose, spinal twist and side angel pose etc each day to reduce the hip size.
3.       You should do pranayama which is a breathing exercise to reduce your hip size.

1.       You can refer more yoga poses in books and internet.
2.       Some yoga possess are very difficult to do so you should consume healthy food to improve your energy level.
3.       You should consult your doctor if you have any problem in the first 3 week. Pregnant women must consult your doctor before performing any yogasana.
