just send the msg as JLTPI to 56666 from your aircel, you must have atleast 5 rupees in your account, then you will confirmation msg once it approved.
Finally use the below settings also.
1) Go to Tools -- Options -- Network
2) Then select GSM only and apply their itself.
3) After you see 2G signal received like EDGE or
GSM, select WCDMA preferred then press OK
