To reduce stress meditation for at least 20 minutes daily and it is one of the best methods which can help us to feel free. Meditation has major role for reducing stress and yoga is another important role. Both those are helps us to keep our mind peacefully and get a healthy body. If you do yoga daily, then you will get fit body and mind to work under pressure.
2.       We can go for a walk in early morning and do it in the evening for get a fresh air. It is not only changes your mind as well as giving peaceful life.
3.       To reduce stress some people are having habits of playing games in free time, growing pets in houses, interested in shopping new things, donating money for orphanage, etc.
4.       We can share your feelings to our loved ones which will reduce our stress into half. By sharing our feelings to our loved ones there is a possibility to acquire proper solution from them.

10.   Whenever we are in depression we can reduce it by closing our eyes simply, take a mild breathe and just say “yes I can”. When we think in a positive manner and we behave with a positive attitude,   it will help us to change our mind from stress and it will also change our lifestyle.
