Dry skin can leads to itching and rashes. You should keep your skin to be moisture so that you can get beautiful skin. Some people have oily skin and they are not able to get rid from it. Nutritional food to avoid dry skin

1.       You should consume nutritional foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables which will maintain your body temperature.
2.       You should consume more fresh fruits such as apple, orange, grapes, pomegranate, papaya and lemon.
3.       You should consume rich dairy products such as butter, milk, cheese and ghee. Obese person should limit your dairy products consumption.
4.       Consumption of omega-3 rich fish, walnuts, cashew nut, almond which will make your skin to glow shine.

Drink Water to avoid dry skin

1.       Water makes your body to be in a normal condition.
2.       You should drink more than 8 glasses of water per day which will maintain body circulation and cleans the body.
3.       Water improves blood circulation in your body. Proper blood circulation prevents you from itches and dry skin.

Natural treatment to to avoid dry skin
1.       Mix fresh cream, lemon juice, gram flour and turmeric powder and apply the paste on face on skin which is exposed. Massage it well and leave it for 10 minutes. Wash it with cold water. This treatment keeps your skin to be moisture and prevent you from excess oil and roughness.
2.       Mix sandal powder, curd, lemon juice and turmeric powder to a fine paste. Apply this paste to skin and leave it for 20 minutes. Wash it with cold water and drain your skin naturally.
3.       Boil water with few neem leaves and cool the water for 10 minutes. Wash your face with this water twice daily. Neem removes bacteria from skin and maintains moisture.
4.       You should not use hot water for bathing and you should use warm water.
5.       If you have too dry skin you should wash your face with warm water and you should not wash your face with ice water.
6.       You should massage your skin with coconut oil for twice in a week and wash your skin with water.
7.       Grind cashew or walnut or almond to a fine paste and scrub it on your skin and wash it with warm water. It will removes excess oil from your skin and makes your skin to glow shine.

Cosmetics to avoid dry skin
1.       Some cosmetics may harm your skin and you should not use it more.
2.       You can use moisturizers twice a day and limit your cosmetics.
3.       You can use face wash gels and moisturizer creams to maintain moisture and avoid oil skin.
4.       You can use sun screen creams with SPF 15 so that you can avoid dry skin due to direct sun light.
5.       You should not use too much of face powder so that it may close your skin pores.
6.       You can use face creams which will prevents you from skin dryness. You should use soaps with TFM more than 70 so that you can avoid dry skin.
